Healing Through Writing is a live online course run every February and September where you can alchemise your pain—through the written word—and turn what you may have once considered your greatest struggle into a meaningful story.

Healing Through Writing is not just for rehearsed writers, it is for anyone who has stories to tell with no where to place them.
Bring the dark, the harrowing and the disturbed. Nothing is too taboo for Healing Through Writing.
Healing Through Writing course member

Healing Through Writing runs over 8 weeks with an average of 2 hours writing per week. But this isn't a course to be rushed, there's no end goal or milestone to reach, so go at your own pace.
You’ll be given grounding practices and a gentle structure. This is not therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic.
You don't have to share anything, but it is encouraged to share your writing with the other course participants. It's entirely up to you.
